Once a payment has been successfully processed, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Participants are responsible for reviewing all event details, eligibility requirements, schedules, and submission guidelines before making any payment.
By registering and submitting payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
